class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances de bases pour l\u2019entretien et la r\u00e9paration de son v\u00e9lo, chez soi et en sortie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Echanger autour des techniques et des astuces de r\u00e9paration et d\u2019entretien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenir son v\u00e9lo en bon \u00e9tat et performant, indispensable pour une bonne pratique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de VTT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sujets abord\u00e9s (non exhaustif)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 m\u00e9canique simple avant et pendant une sortie, quels outils dans son sac\u2026, freinage et transmission\u2026( changement de plaquette, d\u00e9railleur, cha\u00eene, crevaison\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 m\u00e9canique complexe&nbsp;: hydraulique\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce temps sera un moment d\u2019\u00e9change pour tous, et toute
